TCI’s implementation and installation service provides on-site technical support for the installation, configuration, and operations. TCI’s team of knowledgeable, experienced technicians can quickly move you from the contract phase into live operations.

Maintenance Contracts
Redundancy is offered on all system as needed, but if things break, TCI maintains an inventory of spare and emergency replacement parts for urgent situations. TCI is committed to providing professional service and timely response on all service calls.

Extended Warranties
TCI also provides extended warranties that go beyond the original equipment warranty. These extended warranties can be tailored to meet your agency’s specific needs and situations.

Training
TCI offers a variety of training classes for end users, technicians, and administrators. These classes, developed and delivered by a TCI Certified Instructor, are designed to reduce the learning curve and immediately make you more productive. On jobs that require a Project Manager, TCI will assign a dedicated Project Manager to see the job through to completion.

Follow Ups
TCI has a system in place that shows all open tickets. The system is reviewed daily, and a technician with expertise in that particular area is assigned to customer follow up.
